Asset Homes, one of the leading builders of Kerala, has launched its 91st and 92nd projects. Foundation stone of Asset Radiance, its 91st project, was laid by Smitha Binod, the project’s joint venture partner in Kakkanad. Speaking on the occasion, Sunil Kumar V., Managing Director, Asset Homes, said marking the International Women’s Day, the project’s design and supervision of the construction will be exclusively done by a team led only by women. Asset Radiance, in Down-to-Earth category, will offer 2 & 3 BHK budget residences with price tags ranging from Rs.50 lakh. The function was also attended by N. Mohanan, Director, Asset Homes and Razia Nishad, Ward Councillor.
Asset Dominion, the company’s 92nd project, is coming up in Tripunithura where Dr. Issac Mathai, its joint venture partner, laid its foundation stone. The project offers super-luxury flats belonging to the company’s Exotica category. The function was attended by K Babu MLA; Rema Santhosh, Chairperson, Tripunithura Municipal Corporation; Sunil Kumar V., Managing Director; N. Mohanan, Director, Asset Homes; Sundaram, Chairman, PUCB and Deepthi Sumesh, Ward Councillor among others.
