Travlounge Secures ₹25 Crore Investment

Travlounge, a roadside facility designed to assist travelers, has received a second round of funding amounting to ₹25 crore from Gokulam Group. This initiative was jointly introduced by Azcco Global and Beacon Group.

About Travlounge

Travlounge aims to provide a comprehensive travel experience for both long-distance and short-distance travelers across India. The facility includes:

• International-standard lounges for relaxation
• Modern hygienic toilets
• Sleeping pods for short rest periods
• Coffee and tea shops
• This concept was first introduced two years ago when Azcco Global, based in the Middle East, invested ₹8 crore into the project. The recent funding from Gokulam Group marks the second phase of investment, indicating growing confidence in the project’s potential.

Launch of the Travlounge App

In conjunction with the physical facilities, the Travlounge travel app has been launched to assist travelers in planning and managing their journeys more efficiently. The app was unveiled by Kerala’s Public Works and Tourism Minister, P.A. Mohamed Riyas, during a ceremony attended by notable figures including Gokulam Group Chairman Gokulam Gopalan, actress and brand ambassador Mamta Mohandas, and Azcco Global MD Aziz Chovvanchery.

Minister Riyas expressed pride in the initiative, highlighting that it originated in Kozhikode and aims to make travel more convenient for both domestic and international travelers. He emphasized that the app would address common travel challenges faced by passengers across India.

Second Unit Operational

The second unit of Travlounge has already started operating at Adimali, expanding its presence and ensuring that travelers in the region can access these world-class amenities.

Future Projects

With the backing of significant investments and the launch of the user-friendly app, Travlounge is poised to revolutionize the travel experience in India. The project’s expansion plans include establishing facilities nationwide, ensuring that travelers have access to quality amenities during their journeys.
